TeraVella runs a string-and-tag tea bag machine producing roughly 1,000 bags per hour; each bag comes out with string and paper tag and is then wrapped in an outer envelope. Herbal and fruit teas, black and green tea, or a blend you deliver to us all run on the same line, with grammage adjusted per product (for example 1.5–3 g). We state plainly what we produce and at what capacity — no unverified certifications or promises.

What is the bag format?
Bags are string-and-tag with a paper tag; each is additionally wrapped in an outer envelope. Tag and envelope carry your brand design.
Can I choose the bag grammage?
Yes, grammage is set per product (for example 1.5–3 g). The right weight is agreed together from blend density and target brewing profile.

MOQ and lead time depend on tea type, quantity and packaging scope and are confirmed at quotation; we don't publish fixed figures on the page.
