KVKK Privacy Notice

This notice explains how TeraVella processes your personal data under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), which governs the protection of personal data in Türkiye.

Your personal data is processed by TeraVella acting as the data controller under the KVKK. Our business operates in Muratpaşa, Antalya, and is registered with the Düden Tax Office under tax number 6180242142. Personal Data We Process

Through our contact and inquiry forms we process identity and contact data such as your name, company details, email address and phone number. When you visit our website, transaction-security data such as your IP address and browsing information may also be processed. We process only the personal data necessary for our commercial relationship and the provision of our services.

Purposes and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed to respond to your requests, prepare quotations, conduct our B2B commercial relationship and improve our services. Processing relies on legal grounds such as the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with our legal obligations, our legitimate interests and, where required, your explicit consent, in accordance with the principles set out in KVKK Article 4.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, only to the extent necessary and in compliance with the KVKK, to suppliers such as our hosting and analytics providers who help us operate the website and our services. Data may also be transferred to authorised public institutions where required by our legal obligations. We do not share your data with third parties for unrelated purposes, nor do we sell it.

Data Subject Rights (KVKK Article 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request its erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in law, request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, and claim compensation for any damage suffered.

How to Apply

To exercise your rights under the KVKK, you can submit your request to [email protected] or apply to us in writing. Your application should clearly state your request together with information verifying your identity. Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; a fee from the official tariff may apply where the process entails additional cost.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was processed and for the legal retention periods set out in applicable legislation. Once these periods expire, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in line with our Personal Data Retention and Disposal Policy.
