Documentation & Resources

The paperwork behind every shipment — what each document is, and how to request it.

Documentation you can build a regulatory file on

For a cosmetic manufacturer, an ingredient is only as good as the paperwork behind it. This page explains the documents and support that accompany our materials, so your quality, regulatory and R&D teams know exactly what to expect and what to request. Specific documents are issued per material and per batch on request; this overview describes what each one covers.

Certificate of Analysis (CoA)

A batch-specific report of measured quality parameters and conformity to specification — the core evidence your quality team files for each delivered lot. Issued per batch on request.

Safety Data Sheet (SDS)

Standardised hazard, handling, storage and transport information for safe use and regulatory compliance, travelling with the material and updated as needed.

Technical Specification

The agreed quality profile of a material — appearance, key parameters and acceptance criteria — that defines what a conforming batch looks like and anchors every CoA.

GC-MS Profile

For essential oils, a molecular fingerprint confirming identity, chemotype and authenticity, and allowing batch-to-batch comparison against a reference profile. Available on request.

MOQ & Sampling

Clear minimum order quantities and an evaluation-sample path, so boutique brands can trial pilot batches and growing brands can scale on the same specification.

Traceability & Origin

Batch records linking material to grower, harvest window and processing conditions — the basis for consistent quality and credible natural and sustainability claims.
