Botanical Active Powders

We produce micronized plant powders and standardized active powders for masks, scrubs and powder formulations. Raw material selected from Anatolian botanicals is brought to a consistent particle size through controlled milling and sieving, giving homogeneous dispersion, good flow and sensory quality in the formula. In the standardized active powders, a known active content is held batch to batch, offering the formulator a measurable and repeatable input. Chosen for antioxidant, soothing or brightening character, these powders work across clay and powder masks, anhydrous formats, bath powders and powder-based colour cosmetics. Each batch is checked for moisture content, particle size and microbial load, then delivered with a technical data sheet, CoA and SDS. Traceable origin and transparent processing support clean and natural-content claims. We supply moisture-protected packaging suited to the sensitivity of powder raw material, with clear storage guidance. From sample scale through to series production we hold the same particle and active specification, so a mask or scrub proven in development behaves identically at volume.
